WHITE SANGRÍA: SUNSHINE IN A GLASS

There’s a reason sangría has become a staple in sunny kitchens around the world—it’s joyful, refreshing, and made to be shared. Our White Sangría brings a Baja twist to this classic. It’s all about vibrant fruits, crisp wine, and just a touch of magic.

This recipe is light, balanced, and just boozy enough to make any afternoon feel like a celebration. Whether you’re hosting friends or just enjoying a quiet moment under the sun, this one’s for you.

Ingredients (for 1 pitcher)

  • 1 bottle of dry white wine (we like Sauvignon Blanc)
  • 1 cup of green apple slices
  • 1/2 cup of strawberries, halved
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup of white grape juice
  • 1/2 cup of sparkling water or soda
  • A splash of elderflower liqueur or Cointreau (optional)
  • Ice to serve

Instructions

  • In a large pitcher, combine all the fruit and gently muddle just a bit to release their juices.
  • Pour in the wine, juice, and liqueur (if using). Stir and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Just before serving, add sparkling water and ice.
  • Serve in glasses with plenty of fruit and a sunny smile.

Best enjoyed barefoot, with good music and better company.
