(not just one, this is THE guac) 6 portions
Celebrated for its freshness, versatility, vibrant flavor and creamy texture.
A must in every good party.
Ingredients:
6 | Avocados |
2 | Tomatoes |
½ | Purple onion |
1 | Chile jalapeño |
2 | Limes |
30 g | Cilantro |
1 ½ Spoons | Toasted sesame |
To taste | Pepper |
To taste | Salt |
To taste | Olive oil |
30 g | Wakame seaweed |
Procedure:
- Slice the avocado until you get to the core and split it by half. Remove the pit and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
- Use a fork or a potato masher to mash the avocado to your desired consistency. You can do it smooth or leave it slightly chunky depending on your preference.
- Squeeze the juice of one lime over the mashed avocados. This not only adds flavor but also helps prevent the avocados from browning.
- Add the finely chopped onion, tomatoes, jalapeño and cilantro to the bowl. Stir to combine evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste
- With the help of the blender, grind the guacame seaweed very well until it becomes powder, which you will use as a topping.
Serve:
Serve the mixture in bowls and use the wakame powder and sesame as a topping, don’t be shy with it. Serve with corn chips, tortillas, or go wild and serve with chicharron (crispy fried pork skin).
