2Tomatoes
½Purple onion
1Chile jalapeño
2Limes
30 gCilantro
1 ½ SpoonsToasted sesame

To tasteOlive oil
30 gWakame seaweed

Procedure:

  1. Slice the avocado until you get to the core and split it by half. Remove the pit and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
  2. Use a fork or a potato masher to mash the avocado to your desired consistency. You can do it smooth or leave it slightly chunky depending on your preference.
  3. Squeeze the juice of one lime over the mashed avocados. This not only adds flavor but also helps prevent the avocados from browning.
  4. Add the finely chopped onion, tomatoes, jalapeño and cilantro to the bowl. Stir to combine evenly.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste
  6. With the help of the blender, grind the guacame seaweed very well until it becomes powder, which you will use as a topping.

Serve:

Serve the mixture in bowls and use the wakame powder and sesame as a topping, don’t be shy with it. Serve with corn chips, tortillas, or go wild and serve with chicharron (crispy fried pork skin).
