Beef tartare

Ingredients:

600 gBeef fillet, finely chopped (or your preferred cut)
4  tbspDijon mustard
4  tbspMayonnaise
4  tbspParsley, chopped
4  tbspShallot or red onion, chopped
4  tbspPickles
4  tbspCapers
400 mlSoy sauce
4eggs
4Slices sourdough bread (or bread of your choice)
To tasteSalt

Procedure:

  1. Slice the bread and toast it.
  2. Mix everything together at the table, and it’s ready to serve with the toasted bread.
