Ingredients:
| 600 g | Beef fillet, finely chopped (or your preferred cut) |
| 4 tbsp | Dijon mustard |
| 4 tbsp | Mayonnaise |
| 4 tbsp | Parsley, chopped |
| 4 tbsp | Shallot or red onion, chopped |
| 4 tbsp | Pickles |
| 4 tbsp | Capers |
| 400 ml | Soy sauce |
| 4 | eggs |
| 4 | Slices sourdough bread (or bread of your choice) |
| To taste | Salt |
Procedure:
- Slice the bread and toast it.
- Mix everything together at the table, and it’s ready to serve with the toasted bread.
