With its cobblestone streets, laid-back vibe, and creative energy, Sanjo is a charming place to get lost—and find yourself. Here are some of our favorite things to do during the day:
1. Become a Chocolatier for a Day at Chola-tre
Right in the heart of downtown, you’ll find the first chocolate factory in Baja California Sur, where you can experience the journey “From Bean to Bar.” This hands-on workshop lets you taste and take part in the roasting, grinding, and molding of your very own chocolate bar.
